Hi Bob,

I just left you a voicemail. The latest info I have is from last quarter. Average rents
for South Park are summarized below. I've also attached a market report from Polaris
Pacific that has latest condo sales info (although it sounds like you're just interested
in rent numbers). I should be in the office until around 5:30 today and most of tomorrow
if there's more you want to discuss.
